COMPAGNA HOMECARE provides non-medical homecare services. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Our caregivers are trained in personal care and assistance but are not licensed medical professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMPAGNA HOMECARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of COMPAGNA HOMECARE or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
